A: The Battle Baton is a powerful ‘Database Reporting Application' that uses core data input via a 'bulk-load' operation. Set-up is therefore simple and fast. The application uses Microsoft SQL, providing our clients with a superior service.
Q: What are the advantages of storing our data on your secure servers?
A: It was a simple business decision to run the Battle Baton on a "Cloud" server to provide the following assurances:

Q: What about Technical Support & Customer Services?
A: Clients have access to our UK FreePhone number and should have a response within 20 mins and by email in 4 hours during the standard operational hours of 10:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday, and within 3 working days if in writing. Myriad Optima has invoked a technical support policy that offers flexibility, redundancy and assurance to our clients. The technical support is inclusive.
Our technical support operates a ‘Single Point of Presence’ for the multi-site technical support. In simplistic terms you nominate 1 person as your technical support liaison with our help desk.
If an 'Out of hours' emergency call is required, or +44 (0) 800 046 7404 (System Supervisors/Managers Only) is not accessible, please call our BC Tel: 0844 56 04 707, and someone will be available to assist you.
Our technical support is covered on two levels to guarantee service and business continuity in the event of a catastrophe. Firstly, Myriad Optima have in-house technical support with an expansion programme linked to sales. .

Q: We already have a BCP in place, so how can the Battle Baton
help us?
A: Maintaining your BCP can be very time consuming and if it not kept up to date will no longer be effective. The Battle Baton application solves this problem. It will both enhance and simplify your BCP in all stages of development, therefore saving you time, money and resources.
Plus, also included within the Battle Baton is our independent email broadcast system that enables
BC Administrators to broadcast BC messages to members by selection or en masse.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: In the unlikely event of someone wanting to discontinue the Battle Baton service, our Help line will guide you through the process.
Firstly, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you activated the service. Secondly, it is your statutory rights, if you're not completely satisfied with your ‘Battle Baton’, we provide an additional 23 days (total 30 days) within which period you may discontinue the service whilst still being entitled to receive a complete refund.
