Myriad Optima has invoked a technical support policy that offers flexibility, redundancy and assurance to our clients. The technical support is inclusive. Our technical support operates a ‘Single Point of Presence’ for the multi-site technical support. In simplistic terms you nominate 1 person as your technical support liaison with our help desk.
